SetSkillBuild – Build your future with us
SetSkillBuild is an initiative started by a group of IT companies, in order to start a paradigm shift on the way of learning. SSB groups a set of activities that aim to build one’s skills and professional abilities.
SSB aims to respond to some identified problems: higher education institutions having difficulties in keeping up with companies, the fact that the classroom paradigm is changing and people needing to leave the city.
To build a skill set, there is SetSkillBuild.
Events
We will create events in order to involve students and the community in networking sessions and discussion of relevant topics.
DTech
Our first event is DTech, an annual technology event, with the purpose of attracting students, companies and tech enthusiasts in general.
The 2018 edition of DTech will be held in Vila Real, taking place at the civilian government of Vila Real (Governo Civil de Vila Real). The event will be focused on technology advancements, coverings its impacts.
Projects
We will develop new and exciting projects, together with the students.
SetSkillBuild Junior
Most of these projects will come through SSB Junior, a young company constituted by students from the different Higher Education Institutions that we partner up with. We help students to get together, forming a structure that mimics a real company. This way, they get to be challenged in new and different ways, becoming more prepared when they start their professional lives.

We will also organize workshops, a final step so that you can build your future with us!
